Travelling is a way for us to escape our daily routine, our comfort zone and our everyday safe space.

Travelling increases your creativity, open-mindedness and cultural as well social intelligence

Visiting a new country is actually stress relieving and benefits your mental well-being. Indeed, travelling has been found to also increase connections with yourself and others. It may be a time where you can focus on yourself, your health and personal goals while enjoying new and wonderful views, sceneries, streets, monuments, museums and restaurants which all play a role in your learning experience and broaden your perspective of the world.

Travelling is said to refresh your brain cells and induce happy, positive thoughts in your mind

I personally enjoy travelling to London when I have free time and want to get out of my routine. England is a beautiful country with lots of things to do and places to visit. Every region has its own charm and characteristics, so you are never bored walking down the streets in all cities or visit new places.

The people are so helpful, generous and sweet to tourists, and there is a huge variety in the culinary industry as there are some very good restaurants to go to.

All in all, I love this city and everything it offers.
